There is no physical shipping, courier service, or home delivery involved.
All products are delivered digitally, through download links on our website.
2. Instant Download Access
After your payment is successfully completed:
✔ You will be automatically redirected to a download page.
✔ You can download the PDF instantly from there.
✔ A confirmation email containing the download link will also be sent to your registered email address.
Delivery time: Instant (within 1 minute)
3. Delivery Email & Lifetime Access
You will receive:
- Order confirmation
- Download link
- Lifetime access link
Please keep your email safe, as you can access the product anytime in the future using that link.
4. If You Do Not Receive The Email
In rare cases, the email may land in:
- Spam
- Promotions
- Updates
- Junk folder

5. Incorrect Email Address

6. Delivery Issues & Errors
If your download link is:
- Not working
- Showing an error
- File is corrupted
- File is missing

7. No Physical Returns
Because our products are digital, there will be:
- No physical returns
- No courier pickup
- No exchange of items
Once delivered digitally, the product is considered “received and delivered”.
8. Refund Related to Delivery
Refunds are issued only if:
- You cannot access or download the file
- The files are corrupted or missing
- Multiple attempts to deliver have failed
Once the PDF has been accessed or downloaded successfully, the product is considered delivered, and refund eligibility ends.
