  • Screenshot or proof of payment

❌ No Refund After Access is Granted

Once the PDF / eBook is successfully accessed, downloaded, or opened by the customer:

  • The refund request will be cancelled,
  • No refund will be issued under any circumstances,
  • Because digital products cannot be returned once delivered.

This policy protects our content from misuse, sharing, or unauthorized distribution.


🕑 Refund Time Frame

If your refund is approved (because you could not access the product):

  • Refund will be processed within 3–7 business days,
  • The amount will be returned to your original payment method (UPI, wallet, bank, etc.).
